Polar Coordinates:
Both of these were done useing effects we have done before in the tutorial Light-Stream.
To make this kind of effect, we use a filter called Polar Coordinates. It is located at Filters>Distort>Polar Coordinates. This effect is such a cool effect and can be used on any image. This effect is definately one to experiment with. Have fun!
