How to contact the technical support team?


When sending an email to our Tech Support team, ensure you send it from an email account that is off the our network (eg. from the email account you have with your ISP).

All tech support replies originating from ( support @ ) will be sent to the email address used to open the ticket. If you need to reply to the email, be sure to leave the trouble ticket number in the subject of the email, and refrain from quoting the email message.

When you submit a trouble ticket, please include the following information to speed up the resolution process:


  • The name of the server your website is on (Name server)

  • Your account username and password

  • Your main domain name

  • A detailed description of the problem you are experiencing

Please do not open multiple trouble tickets on the same issue if you already have an open trouble ticket for your issue, as this delays the resolution of all trouble tickets and prevents the system from being able to keep track of a trouble ticket's progress.

If additional information about an existing trouble ticket is available or requested, please follow-up with the same trouble ticket rather than opening a new one.
